AFGE's Conflict Resolution Program

Monday, April 21, 2008

As we move forward in 2008, the Women’s and Fair Practices Departments have continued to build the Conflict Resolution program through a major advertising campaign and by providing the conflict resolution services to our members.  We have developed a new brochure that outlines how to access the program and the process to resolve our internal disputes through mediation.

The primary goal of AFGE’s Conflict Resolution Program is to provide a process that will help members in working out their problems.

Statement of Understanding

All parties involved in the Conflict Resolution process must agree to participate by signing a Statement of Understanding acknowledging the process and goals of the Conflict Resolution program.
