It is critical, as we enter the 2008 Presidential election cycle, we undertake a more hones assessment of what happened in the 2004 and 2006 elections. It is critical that we understand the problem that voters experienced in 2004 and 2006 and the causes of those problems so that we can begin to craft meaningful solutions.
The Women's and Fair Practice Departments have created a Voter Protection Program Presentation to help our members ensure that they know their rights in regards to voting, know the tricks that are still being used to confuse voters, and know how they can help other Americans whose rights continue to be denied.
